Key Responsibilities

• Lead, Support, and supervise the electrical technical team.
• Guide the preparation of design the detailed engineering work.
• Ensure high quality and approval of engineering deliverables.
• Monitor and Review BIM models.
• Provide technical support for site, procurement, commercial and other departments.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 Years' of relevant work experience in Hotel & Resorts Project.
• Expert in Electrical calculations-load calculation, breaker sizing, cable sizing, voltage drop ( cable and bus bar), capacitor bank sizing, Lux level calculation and other related.
• Knowledge in DM Green building requirements.
• Perfect communication and management skills.
