Key Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule data for proposals and contract negotiations.
• Review planning and scheduling of work to ensure effective planning, resourcing, and completion.
• Develop project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures.
• Check the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations.
• Establish and implement methods for determining activity durations.
• Prepare and develop master schedules for construction projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar.
• Relevant experience in project control/planning process and contract administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
