Key Responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel's standard of performance.
• Greet and seat customers, providing professional, discreet, and personalized service.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage being served.
• Practice good customer relations and address customer complaints/queries.

Requirements

• Ideally, have a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Hands-on with a passion for people and service.
